Dallas Fuel’s tank player, Félix “xQc” Lengyel has been suspended from Stage 1 of the league after breaching The Overwatch League Code of Conduct.
It’s a story which has exploded in the last few days with major news outlets picking up the news that The Overwatch League has suspended one of its players, just two weeks into the inaugural season.
Félix “xQc” Lengyel of the Dallas Fuel has been suspended for the entirety of Stage 1 of the league and fined $2,000 for violating the Overwatch League Code of Conduct.
xQc is one of the best-known personalities in the Overwatch community but this suspension came as a result of his behaviour on that hugely popular Twitch stream.

After the match between Dallas Fuel and Houston Outlaws earlier in the week, xQc made a homophobic remark about another player which has led to this backlash.
The pair of players later apologised but both the league and Dallas Fuel has taken the action to suspend the player immediately to cap what has been a hugely disappointing first two weeks for Fuel.
